How Does it Work?

1. Standard Loan - 2 Years
   If the customer should execute an agreement for a loan with BHM, with terms equal to or exceeding 2 years in length the agent will be awarded 10%. 5% will be awarded immediately and the remaining 5% will be awarded at the beginning of the 2nd year with the condition the agent remains involved in the program and refers a minimum of 1 customer per month in that 12 month period.


2. 1 Year Loan
   If the customer's loan agreement has terms of 1 year in length, the agent immediately earns 5% commission.
